Raising the Standards of Environmental Practice

The Sustainable Procurement, Environmental and Social Standards Enhancement (SPESSE) Project is designed to build capacity of professionals in the management and practice of Procurement, Environmental and Social (PES) Standards within the country.

To develop and implement training programs to strengthen capacity for monitoring and enforcing Environmental Standards in the Public and Private sectors, ensuring sustainability and compliance.
To expand and strengthen the Environmental workforce by increasing the number of qualified professionals to address sector challenges effectively.
