The Sustainable Procurement, Environmental and Social Standards Enhancement (SPESSE) Project is designed to build capacity of professionals in the management and practice of Procurement, Environmental and Social (PES) Standards within the country.

To develop and implement training programmes that strengthen national capacity for monitoring, enforcing, and promoting Environmental Standards across public and private sectors—ensuring sustainability, compliance, and long-term resilience.

To build a thriving environmental workforce by significantly increasing the number of qualified professionals capable of addressing complex sector challenges effectively and sustainably.
